REDWOOD FALLS — A Georgia man failed to appear at a hearing in Redwood County District Court on Monday, according to court records. 26-year-old Mojad E. Abras of Tucker, GA, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, reckless driving, having an uninsured vehicle, careless driving, and criminal vehicular operation.   The criminal complaint alleges that in March, Abras ran a stop sign at a high rate of speed and struck another vehicle at the intersection of Highway 68 and County Road 32 in Milroy.
