Groundbreaking scheduled for Track & Field Complex

Southwest Minnesota State University and Marshall Public Schools will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday to kickoff construction on the Marshall Regional Track & Field Complex.

The ceremony is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
